What this scan could not see
This assessment reads public DNS only. It runs entirely from outside, nothing was installed and no access to your systems was used. The following are not visible from outside and were not assessed:
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant configuration, including Conditional Access, MFA enforcement and privileged accounts
- Mailbox rules, forwarding and delegation
- Internal network, firewall rules and remote access
- Endpoint protection, patching and vulnerability status
- Backup coverage and whether recovery has been tested
- Staff practices and phishing exposure
The fixes listed above are the individual records. They are not a remediation plan, and applying them in the wrong order can interrupt mail delivery.
