8. Privacy
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form does not transmit data to a server. It opens a message in your own email application, which you then choose to send.
The Email Security Analyzer is different, and is the one place on this site where information is recorded. To run a scan you provide a work email address at the domain being scanned. When the scan completes, RKS Advisory Group records that email address, the domain scanned, the resulting score, the date and time in your local time zone, your time zone, your IP address, and your browser identification string. This is used to follow up with you about the result and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The scan itself queries public DNS records directly from your browser; no access to your systems is required and nothing is installed or changed.
If you contact RKS Advisory Group by email, telephone, or through a booking link, the information you provide is used only to respond to your enquiry and to deliver services you request. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you by contacting RKS Advisory Group at the address below.
Third party services used to deliver this site, such as web hosting, font delivery, and scheduling tools, may process technical information including IP addresses in the ordinary course of operation.
